A kid's perspective on visiting Georgia!

Hello! We are three kids traveling with our family and Bridgewater State University students to Georgia. We have been excited for this trip since our mom visited last year! We can't wait to share with you what we see and do.

Archeological Dig

Today we went to an archeological dig. They had dug up an ancient city. I saw their roads were made of cobblestone. I walked on the cobblestone street and it was very bumpy. They were also digging up walls, money that looked like donuts, necklaces, pots made of clay, and some pots that weren't put together. A human soldier was buried there that they found with two arrowheads in its body and a sword with it. The picture with the red circle is what the ancient city might have looked like. The other pictures from today are of the snow capped mountains, a town that we visited, and a bell tower.

Hi Breyen, Conley & Ellie,
The archeological dig sounds like it was a great adventure! The pictures of the items they have found look really cool and old! Grandpa likes the donut money and I like the pots! I hope the mountains with all the snow were far away, brrr!
Love Grandma and Grandpa!
